There are numerous type of jobs you can do while travelling. You can became and au pair and loook after children (and maybe doing some basic housekeeping). In exchange, you get a free room and board and a small salary. This is a great way to learn a new language, but maybe you’re not so into kids…
What about working at a hostel? Hostel workers in most places rarely stick around for long, which means there is usually a demand for new help. It’s a great way to meet other travelers and explore the destination in your spare time. You can usually also start off as a volunteer (in exchange for a free room) to avoid any possible visa complications.
